The 2024 Iruai "Psychic Terroir" Red is a light, fresh, and chillable field blend from Southern Oregon's Applegate and Rogue Valleys, crafted by the natural wine project Iruai.
Grapes: A whole-cluster co-fermented blend of 35% Grenache, 20% Muscat, 15% Cabernet Franc, 10% Syrah, 10% Gamay, and 10% Gewurztraminer.
Tasting Notes: Aromas and flavors of mountain rose, geranium, blackberry juice, tomato leaf, and black peppercorn. It features juicy acidity, soft tannins, and a savory mineral finish.
Production: Around 500 cases produced using native yeasts, low-intervention practices, and aging in neutral vessels without fining or filtering.
