SHIPPING POLICY

All orders placed on wineandeggs.com will be processed and shipped as soon as possible Monday - Friday upon pending item availability and payment verification. Orders will not be processed on Saturdays, Sundays, or Holidays.
Once Wine + Eggs has delivered the merchandise to the carrier, you will assume the risk of loss and title for the merchandise. Wine + Egg is not responsible for lost, misplaced, or stolen packages. Please contact your local post office to remedy the situation.
As a mom-and-pop shop, the cost of shipping wine and beverages can get costly. As the weight of these items is much heavier than other products. We like to be transparent with our customers and only charge the cost of actual cost of shipping. Any additional cost for shipping will be invoiced to the customer and once the invoice is paid the order will be shipped out.

WINE SHIPMENT

We currently only ship to domestic US States except for the following: Mississippi, Kentucky, Utah, Arkansas, Alabama, Texas, North Carolina, Massachusetts, Connecticut, or any address outside of the United States. All wine orders require an adult signature and a valid ID must be present at delivery. All wines are available for IN-STORE PICKUP.

IN-STORE PICK UP

Orders are processed within 48 hours of receiving the order and pending item availability and payment verification. An email notification will tell you when your item will be ready for pick-up.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

For international orders, every country has their own shipping rules and regulations that restrict certain items. Please take some time to refer to the list of items restricted by your country before placing your order. If you decide to refuse a shipment, Wine + Eggs will not grant refunds of any kind. Wine & Eggs cannot be held responsible for packages held in customs or for any customs duties owed. Currently, no wine, beer, alcoholic beverages, and/or nonalcoholic beverages can be shipped.
*Please note all orders over $350 will ship with signature required.

 

RETURN POLICY

ONLINE RETURN POLICY
If you are not entirely satisfied with your online order, we are happy to refund full-priced items within seven days from the date it was received. All items must be in the condition they were received— unused, unopened, and with all tags attached. In addition, a receipt/gift receipt must accompany all returns. Discretion will be used to determine whether the item has been used or not. If it is deemed to not be in new condition when returned, the item will be returned to the customer. All returns will be processed within 48 hours of receiving the item. 

If you receive an item that is damaged please contact us immediately. All damages must be reported within 48 hours upon delivery.

GIFT RETURN POLICY
We are happy to make return arrangements for any items received as a gift within seven days from the date it was received. We will issue an e-gift card, which will be sent to you via email. The e-gift card will not expire. We do not offer refunds.

IN-STORE RETURN POLICY
Returns are accepted within 14 days of purchase for store credit or exchange only. Unless item(s) is marked FINAL SALE. All item(s) must be in original condition (new, unopened, and unused) and a receipt must be presented at the time of return. All food, beverage, wellness, and sale item(s) are FINAL SALE.

EXCHANGE POLICY
We do not offer exchanges. If you would like to exchange an item, please return the original item for a full refund and place a new order.
