Tasting Notes: Aromas of fresh raspberry, wild strawberry, blackberry, and subtle red berry fruits, complemented by hints of spice, smoke, or pepper on a silky, velvety finish with bright, balanced acidity.
Winemaking: Fermented with selected yeasts, gentle cap-punching for color and tannin extraction, and aged in large French oak tanks and 600-liter French oak barrels.
