Drunken Jerk Jamaican Marinade is a complex combination of Jamaican jerk seasoning with just the right balance of thyme, allspice, habanero peppers, and garlic. We balanced the flavor with dark rum to make it “drunken” and added soy sauce to make this the perfect marinade.
