Notes: Crisp + refreshing. Chenin Blanc from a South African winemaker and a Chilean with French winemaking history. Lemon, lime, green apples, pears and a wooly quality that usually develops after multiple years in the bottle. Large neutral foudre and 12 months of lees contact inject a caramel and yeast aspect that is lifted by the grapes’ natural acidity.
