This is a “No Notes” wine. One of those where our job is easy, a thing you call a no-brainer. One sip and a “Yup!” we taste so many wines that don’t make the cut, so it’s a rare treat when one of these comes along. We knew right away that one of our whites was going to have to be bubbles. Sorry not sorry. The Juno is absolutely lively, an Italian crafted as a traditional extra-dry Prosecco. A reddish bright light trying to escape from the yellow gold in the glass, delicate aromas of white flowers, ripe pear, green apple, red apple, and citrus lead into a fresh, vibrant palate with fine, persistent bubbles. This classic style offers a kiss of fruit balanced by bright acidity, creating a lyrically light finish. Crisp, elegant and refreshing, Juno is that excellent “can’t miss” choice for any occasion, really a safety option, from your everyday pleasure to anything (and everything!) worth celebrating.
