The Faccia Brutto Apertivo is a bittersweet rendition of the classic “red bitter” but with more character. Infused with 17 fresh and dried organic botanicals such as gentian, kola nut, hibiscus and rhubarb root in non-GMO neutral grain spirit for two weeks. Then water and fresh orange peels are added (2 oranges per bottle!) and steeped overnight. All ingredients are strained and filtered to achieve a beautiful ruby hue. We suggest using this Aperitivo for Negoronis and Spritizes!
