Notes: This full-bodied red is a true labor of love. Grown organically and harvested by hand at high elevation sites, the grapes undergo a whole cluster fermentation with native yeasts in stainless steel, followed by a three-week maceration with gentle punch-downs to keep the berries intact. After aging for nine months in a mix of French oak and concrete, it’s bottled without fining or filtration, preserving its natural character.
On the nose, you’ll find a harmonious blend of brambly red fruit, flowers, herbs, and spice. The palate offers medium+ tannins, rich, almost jammy mix of red and black berries, with hints of clove, fig, and a touch of earthy leather. A beautifully crafted wine that pairs perfectly with bold, flavorful dishes!
