Notes: Xinomavro—hard to pronounce, easy to love. From one of the oldest vineyards working with this wildly charismatic grape, this bottle brings serious depth. Grown biodynamically on the eastern slopes of Mount Paiko, it’s got all the structure and complexity you’d expect from a high-elevation red. Deep cherry flavors? Check. A little dark chocolate and licorice? Oh yeah. Think Nebbiolo from Barolo, but without the Barolo price tag.
