Notes: Ripe summer peaches, oyster shells & citrus. Pete Johnson and his family have been farming grapes and pears organically for over 5 generations. Hawkeye Ranch is planted on rocky, iron rich soils. 

Fruit was direct pressed and fermented and aged in stainless steel.
