Grapes: It is primarily made from Carricante, often blended with native varieties like Catarratto and Grillo.
Tasting Notes:“Electric, with notes of wet stone, lemon zest, green apple, white flowers, wild anise, and fresh mint”, on the nose, leading to a palate that is “bone dry, tense, and incredibly saline.”
