Tart citrus and bright strawberry. This aperitif is infused with heaps of organic strawberries and citrus peels. Sip chilled over ice for a sophisticated cocktail, or with a splash of sparkling water as a spritz. Not too sweet, with just the right balance of bitterness.

They infused thousands of pounds of organic strawberries from Watsonville, California, along with the peels from a few thousand pounds of organic grapefruit and oranges from Southern California. All the fruit was processed at their winery on Treasure Island (strawberries were individually hulled, and citrus was peeled), and infused into California Grape Spirits (from our neighbors on Alameda), along with Pinot Grigio from Paso Robles.
