Produced following the winemaking traditions of Montsant, the red wine Maria Ganxa is solely produced from Carignan vines planted in clayey soils.
After a meticulous harvest, the grapes were brought to the facilities of Celler Pascona, where they were selected, destemmed and gently pressed.
Then this Spanish red wine was fermented in 5,000-litre truncated cone-shaped stainless steel deposits, with frequent pump-overs and punch-downs.
Finally, the red wine Maria Ganxa 2024 underwent malolactic fermentation and was aged for about 3 months on its lees.
This a fresh and unwooded red wine from Montsant.
Pair this young red wine with BBQ'd meat, tapas and a nice cheese platter.
