Varietal: 60% Albariño, 40% Gruner Veltliner

Notes: Gruner came in first, was foot tread daily for 3 days then pressed into an egg shaped flex tank fermenter. Albarino came in 4 days later, and was also given 3 days on skins, then pressed and added to the Gruner to coferment. Fermentation was carried out with naturally occurring yeasts. Malolactic transformation occurred naturally.
