Il Gusto di Amalfi is a small operation run by two friends in the heart of the Amalfi Coast. Their workshop, more like a big kitchen, is located in the charming town of Praiano, just down the coast from Positano. This area is known for its incredible citrus, especially lemons, which are lovingly grown by Mario and his family.

The lemons they use are the 'Sfusato Amalfitano' variety. These are hand-peeled with potato peelers (a personal touch that keeps the bitterness at bay), then soaked in pure grape spirit and left to infuse in stainless steel for 3 days. Only sugar is added—no artificial colors or flavors here, just pure, natural goodness
