Named after the jagged limestone near the vines, Pietra Acuta lives up to its name with precision and clarity. Made from Grechetto Gentile with a short skin maceration, it carries ripe stone fruit, citrus, and soft floral notes wrapped around a clean, saline backbone. A gentle bitterness from the skins adds edge and lift. Skin-contact winemaking here is subtle, elegant, and focused.
