Notes: Take everything that you love about Marigny's OG Carbonic Pinot Gris and turn it up a notch. A soft, yet tannic structure, the texture of something vaguely like river rocks, deep citrus notes (Blood Orange, anyone?) and a lasting finish reminiscent of the great skin contact wines of Friuli. This wine absolutely rules with things like Chinese takeout, BBQ ribs or fall charcuterie boards with oil cured mushrooms and a smoky blue cheese.
