In NE Philadelphia there’s a two-room urban winery making wine and it’s all kosher. The Camuna Cellars project explores local wine grapes and produce lighter styles. Ein Soif is a juicy light red made in this style for easy drinking. Its one of the few domestically made Kosher wines with 77% Fredonia and 23% Niagara, both indigenous American grape varieties. We've lovingly termed this wine "Nattyschevitz" — think of it as a slightly funky, gluggable, drier version of the Kosher classic.
