Centerbe Giallo is a happy accident. They aged their beloved Centerbe in used white wine barrels for one year to see what would happen. After a year they dumped the barrels and let the spirit rest in stainless steel for 4 months. Once they tasted it, they knew they had a winner. They then added tinctures of lemon leaf and saffron, sweetened, and bottled it. 130 cases are made yearly. Made in NYC.
