Bagels are organic, made-in-house, 18% sourdough, 23% tehachapi whole grain, hand rolled, and boiled before baked. Bagels can be frozen for 2-3 months.
When ready to enjoy, run them under running water for a few seconds. Bake in preheated 350 oven for 7-8 minutes. Let rest for 1 minute before slicing or ripping open. Then enjoy!
