This vintage focused a lot on the idea of 'flavor': How to build through blends, what is a 'flavor forward' wine? "Big Orange" is meant to deliver on a larger format, easy to drink orange wine for the masses. When people say they like "orange wine" what do they mean? Wonderwerk thinks this is it! The wine is crafted using sustainable farming practices, spontaneous fermentation with native yeasts, and no filtration.
