Notes: A carbonic natural red wine with earthy hints of blackberries and tea leaves. Fermented via 'carbonic maceration' method in closed top stainless steel tank for 10 days.  Lightly pressed.  Aged for 3 months -100% in neutral French oak barrels.  Native yeast.  Bottled without fining or filtration.

Super Real Wines is handcrafted locally and made from grapes farmed on their family vineyard, Rancho Boa Vista. The Syrah grapes are macerated with their stems, creating a surge of CO2. This process gives the wine it’s carbonic fizz. The natural sediment and unfiltered process is all part of enhancing the purity and flavor of the grape.
