After studying bitter digestifs the world over, he created what he calls “a handshake of cultures”. Handshake features 29 botanicals, including Iranian saffron, tea, sumac, fermented lime, Maine hops, spruce tips, maple syrup, and lemongrass. Handshake is beautifully complex, stiff and herbaceous.
