This coffee comes to you from the El Sisimite farm which lies in the lush mountains of Honduras. This is the first microlot from Producer Disnel Ramirez to be distributed internationally. We are so excited to get our hands on this special coffee and share it with you. The coffee cherries are picked at peak ripeness, sorted for quality, then placed in a sealed container and fermented for 48 hours.
