Protozoa is a balanced, medium-roast blend of Regenerative Organic Certified coffee from the PROCAFE Cooperative in San Juan del Rio Coco, Nicaragua, and biodynamic coffee from Tolima, Colombia. The flavor profile is a medley of sugar browning and fruit syrup sweetness. Fruit and floral notes peek out as the cup cools with a clean finish.
