Notes: Spontaneously fermented and aged for 6 months in old wooden barrels. Bottled unfined and unfiltered, no added sulphites. Beautiful freshness, notes of citrus fruits, pineapple, herbaceous, honey and iodine typical of the Macabeu grape. Not a totally dry wine due to some residual sugar left over after fermentation, so if you like a hint of sweetness, this wine is for you! Serve chilled.
