This 100% heirloom Gravenstein cider comes from dry-farmed apples foraged from 120-year-old trees from the Sonoma area. This was fermented and aged half in oak barrels and half in stainless steel, and then blended and naturally carbonated and conditioned in the bottle. It's dry, effervescent, and is very pleasantly floral.
